Project Manager (24-month fixed-term contract)

Pictet Wealth Management (PWM) combines more than 200 years of Swiss banking heritage with global investment expertise. The Partner-owned financial services group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families, including discretionary and advisory investment solutions, as well as family office services.

Pictet Wealth Management is seeking to strengthen its Geneva-based Strategy team with a highly motivated Project Manager on a 24-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the CFO of Pictet Wealth Management, the PWM Strategy team is instrumental in achieving our strategic priorities and financial targets. As part of this high-performing team, you will support our senior management by providing business and financial insights and contributing to  the planning, monitoring and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Working across Strategy, Finance, Analytics and wider business teams, you will help drive strategic planning, performance monitoring and transformation projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to PWM's priorities and long-term growth objectives in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Your role

• Supporting the team head and other team members in their roles and responsibilities


• Helping the team prepare and steer PWM’s strategic-planning and annual budget/target processes


• Preparing updates for our managerial committees on our commercial and financial results


• Supporting the articulation of strategic priorities and breaking them down into initiatives and projects, while monitoring progress and successful completion


• Carrying out ad hoc financial analyses as requested by the ExBo or the Group Executive Committee


• Producing regular reports, supporting quarterly financial forecasting for all zones and helping to identify concrete actions to ensure targets are reached


• Improving tools and processes, notably through close collaboration with PWM Pricing and PWM Finance Analytics

Your profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent


• Two years’ experience in a similar role in financial services or with a consulting firm (strategy consulting or corporate finance)


• In-depth knowledge of and interest in the wealth management industry


• Excellent analytical skills, an ownership mindset, at ease with numbers and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders


• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results in a demanding environment


• Strong team player with a collaborative and constructive approach


• Advanced presentation skills (PowerPoint) and proficiency in analytical tools


• Fluent in French and English


• Must be resident in Switzerland
