In our state-of-the-art Cargo Logistics Centre Rümlang, you are part of a 110-strong family. Close to the airport, you will find outstanding infrastructure, modern work equipment, and a collegial atmosphere with drive.
Your tasks
- Independent scheduling of national general cargo transports as well as partial and full loads, taking economic and ecological aspects into account
- Central interface between sales, customers, and driving personnel: ensuring smooth communication and optimal coordination
- Personal customer support and competent advice over the phone
- Leadership, deployment planning, and support of driving personnel
- Close cooperation with internal departments as well as external partners and service providers
- Handling various administrative tasks in daily business
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent further education
- Several years of professional experience as a transport dispatcher in Switzerland (mandatory), ideally in the general cargo sector
- Willingness to work shifts in a 4-shift system (between approx. 04:30 and 22:30)
- High customer orientation, structured and efficient working style
- Resilience, sense of responsibility, and confident appearance in a dynamic environment
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
