Enameller (M/F)

Mandated by our client, a high-end watchmaking Manufacture in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking, for a long-term temporary assignment (permanent contract), for a

Activity:

• You ensure the enamelling of watch components by applying operational procedures using equipment, machines or tools in compliance with quality, deadline and safety requirements.
• Ensure the enamelling of parts in accordance with operational procedures;
• Supply your workstation with components respecting the scheduling of manufacturing orders;
• Propose enamels in correlation with the Creation's design;
• Apply enamelling techniques;
• Document the work carried out (written, photos);
• Carry out repairs and restorations on enameled parts;
• Define the needs to repair and/or restore enameled parts;
• Keep up with technological developments in the field of enamelling;
• Participate in the capitalisation of know-how;
• Be a source of proposals for Creation and to improve productivity;
• Verify the conformity of the manufacturing;

Your profile:

• Enameller in the watchmaking/jewellery field with a certificate from the Swiss watch industry employers' convention or equivalent;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (mandatory);
• Good knowledge of materials (enamels, paint);
• Autonomous, meticulous person who enjoys working in a team;

An advantage:

• Ability to reproduce artistic drawings: for grisaille;
• Interest in innovation;
• Knowledge of jewellery;
