Your Tasks
- Contact person for managers as well as support throughout the HR lifecycle and management of HR processes
- Advice, support and coaching of managers in personnel, labour law and disciplinary matters
- Enforcement of guidelines, regulations and laws
- Participation in the annual salary rounds
- Absence management and case management of long-term ill employees
- Participation in working and project groups
Your Profile
- Completed training or further education in Human Resources, Business Administration (HR) or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Experience in healthcare and in a large company is an advantage
- Confident command of the German language, both spoken and written
- Solid MS Office skills
- Independent, structured and pragmatic working style as well as resilient, service- and team-oriented and willingness to take on responsibility
