Employee Micro-Assembly 100% (m/f/d)

We are looking for our client, a renowned company in the St.Gallen (SG) region, immediately or by arrangement, a motivated and reliable person as an Employee Micro-Assembly.

Your tasks:

• Professional assembly and inspection of tiny parts (Micro Parts) as well as micro-connectors according to work documents
• Microscopic final inspection and packaging of micro-products under very high quality requirements
• Operation of semi-automatic systems in the micro area
• Working in a cleanroom under strict adherence to quality and process standards
• Feedback of production orders and booking of individual parts in the SAP system
• Active application and implementation of lean methods for continuous process optimisation

Your profile:

• Technical or mechanical basic or further training is an advantage

• Solid professional experience in the assembly of small parts (Micro Parts) as well as in the use of optical aids (e.g. microscope)

• Experience in operating systems/machines (e.g. CNC controls) and good technical understanding of semi-automatic systems

• Distinct dexterity, excellent eyesight and high concentration ability

  Confident handling of technical specifications as well as experience in shaping new processes

• Good SAP knowledge is an advantage

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (English is an advantage)
  

• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and shifts (3-shift operation)
