Your tasks
- You accompany children and young people living in their residential group, taking into account their living and developmental environments.
- You are responsible for individual comprehensive case management with a systemic focus in collaboration with parents.
- You actively participate in team meetings, supervisions as well as systemic and psychiatric specialist and case consultations.
- You work in specialist groups.
- You are responsible for professional development and support planning.
Your profile
- Degree in social pedagogy/social work (FH/HF) or comparable training
- As a trustworthy person, you meet people appreciatively and engage actively in building relationships.
- In conflicts, you act calmly and decisively.
- You work solution-oriented and approach challenging situations with a touch of humour.
- You appreciate irregular working hours (evening, night and partly weekend shifts).
- Interest in training and supporting interns and social pedagogues in training
