Your apprenticeshipDuring your three-year training, you will have many opportunities, you will be at the heart of the action rather than just a spectator, you will gain valuable experience through six varied assignments and you will fully immerse yourself in the banking world, for example:

• Customer advice in person at the counter or by phone
• Account openings, payments and payment transactions
• In-depth advice on loans, investments and banking products for private and corporate clients
• Exciting projects and insights into digital banking solutions

Your learning locations:

During your apprenticeship, you are not alone! At the learning locations, you meet many other trainees, coaches, employees with whom you can exchange, network and learn.

Your training place with us, where you are supported and accompanied by experienced practical trainers.

EPCL Vocational School (possible with professional maturity in addition)

You attend vocational school up to twice a week and have the possibility to complete the professional maturity if your school results correspond.

CYP (Challenge Your Potential)

This is where you will attend inter-company courses and deepen your banking knowledge with modern learning methods.

📍 Internal sales training and specialised courses

We offer you various training courses during which you prepare for advice, communication with customers and the sale of banking services.

Required profile

• You attend a secondary school (VP or VG2 streams) or a comparable school in the canton of Vaud with good to very good school results in the following subjects: German, mathematics, English and French.
• You have a strong interest in economics and the banking sector.
• You express yourself fluently in German and express your opinions constructively.
• You are reliable, independent and organised in your work, and you are ready to acquire new knowledge.
• You like to actively meet people from diverse backgrounds and make contacts openly.
• You are interested in digital trends and enjoy trying new technologies such as artificial intelligence.
