Tasks

Leading the gardening team
Maintenance, care and planting of green spaces
Construction of paths and seating areas
Project responsibility
Monitoring/optimisation
Quality control
Complete tender management
Active customer care
New customer acquisition
Performing winter services

Requirements

Completed training as a gardener EFZ specialising in garden and landscape construction
Several years of professional experience in garden and landscape construction
Open to further training/courses
Entrepreneurial thinking
Organisational talent with high resilience and multitasking ability
First leadership experience is an advantage
Independent, precise and exact working method
Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Driving licence B/BE mandatory
