ICT System Supporter / Junior System Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you take on the recording, processing, resolution, and triage of IT issues, ensuring smooth operation of IT services. You are responsible for the change and lifecycle management of client devices, including procurement, inventory, billing, as well as hardware and software support for thin clients, laptops, and mobile devices. Additionally, you manage user rights, support specific specialist applications, and contribute to project implementation, site support, and video conferencing. With your experience in Citrix, VMWare, Veeam, Microsoft, hardware, global system support, helpdesk, and multimedia, you bring the necessary skills to professionally master these tasks. You also have the opportunity to develop further towards system engineering and continuously deepen your expertise.
Responsibilities:
- You record, process, resolve, and triage all IT issues
- In this role, you take on the change and lifecycle management of client devices
- As an IT supporter, you procure, inventory, and bill client devices and IT projects
- You support hardware and software of thin clients, laptops, and mobile devices

Qualifications:
- You have experience with Citrix, VMWare, Veeam, and Microsoft
- You are familiar with hardware
- You take on system support in a global environment
- You work confidently in the helpdesk
- You bring knowledge in multimedia
- You communicate confidently in German and English, both orally and in writing
