In the areas of power resistors and railway technology, we develop individual solutions for renowned international customers from industry and the railway sector – including resistor combinations, brake resistors, and heating systems for rail vehicles.

Tasks
- You lead projects to develop customer-specific solutions in the field of railway technology and industry, such as railway heating, load banks, and other resistor applications. You are involved in all project phases from the idea to series production.
- Depending on the scope, you work in a team or independently on the projects for which you are responsible.
- You independently conduct test series and feasibility studies and document them.
- You create technical specifications, requirements and functional specifications, data sheets, operating instructions, taking into account customer requirements, applicable standards, and guidelines.
- You gather requirements on-site at the customer and lead technical meetings.
- You perform error analyses and develop pragmatic solution approaches.
- You support the technical sales department with complex technical issues (3rd-level support).
Requirements Profile
- You preferably have a basic electrical engineering education with further training as an electrical engineer FH or alternatively a mechanical engineer FH with many years of experience in electrical engineering or electromechanics.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a project manager.
- You speak fluent German and can communicate well orally and in writing in English.
- You enjoy working in small teams in an SME.
- You are creative and enjoy exploring new paths.
- You have a can-do mentality and want to make a difference.
