For our building construction department at our company location in Freidorf, we are looking for a
Construction Foreman for Building and Conversion m/f (100%)
YOUR TASKS:
- Operational leadership and independent responsibility for construction sites ranging from customer bricklaying work to demanding conversions
- Work preparation and monitoring of construction site processes
- Cost and quality control, measurement with billing and post-calculation
- Support in calculation and tendering
- Appreciative and motivating staff management
- Maintaining contact with customers, suppliers and authorities
YOUR PROFILE:
- Basic technical training in construction with further training as a construction foreman/technician or solid professional experience in a comparable position
- Experienced leader, responsible, communicative personality with assertiveness
- Enjoyment of respectful, open interaction within the team and with all stakeholders
- Economic and cost-conscious thinking
- Proficient use of MS Office, SORBA knowledge is an advantage
- Driving licence category B
