The Wädenswil City Police is responsible within the city of Wädenswil for local security and combating petty crime. The basic police mandate is: maintaining peace, order, and security.
For the City Police department (Society division), we are looking for a
Your areas of responsibility include
- Counter and telephone service
- Management of fines: issuing invoices and reminders, payment processing, as well as reports to the bailiff's office
- Various administrative tasks
- Enforcement of the fine legislation in stationary traffic
- Uniformed presence at events and actions in the security area
- Daily contact with various stakeholders and cultures
What you bring
- Completed course "Police Assistance Service" or training as a police officer (BBT degree or certificate)
- A commercial basic education is an advantage
- Good PC user skills (POLIS knowledge desired)
- Confident appearance and pleasant manner in everyday work
- Ability to express yourself fluently in German, both written and spoken
- Calmness as well as pragmatic thinking and acting
