Our partner is an established, internationally active fiduciary and consulting company with a long-standing success story and strong presence throughout Switzerland. At the Zurich location, national and international clients are supported in fiduciary services, tax consulting, corporate services and financial advisory. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed and analytically strong personality to start immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile position, you will take over the controlling of demanding mandates, prepare financial statements, accompany budgeting and actively drive digitalisation projects in the Abacus environment.

Responsibilities:
In your controlling role, you take responsibility for mandate controlling in a national and international environment.
You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER (OR) and manage budgeting, forecasting and liquidity planning.
You analyse financial key figures, derive recommendations for clients and optimise financial processes as well as internal control systems (ICS).
You work closely with tax advisors, fiduciaries and external auditors.
You actively participate in digitalisation and automation projects (especially in the Abacus environment).
Qualifications:
Completed studies (FH/University) with a focus on finance/controlling or further training (e.g. certified financial and accounting specialist with federal diploma).
Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally from the fiduciary or consulting environment.
Very good Abacus knowledge (mandatory) as well as high IT and process affinity.
Sound financial statement expertise according to Swiss GAAP FER (OR) as well as an analytical, structured and independent working style.
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form (English skills are an advantage).
