For a modern large timber construction site in Baar in the canton of Zug, we are looking for several carpenters EFZ and wood processors EBA from 5 October 2026 or by arrangement.
The new construction project is one of the larger timber construction projects in the Zug region and will be realised in several construction phases. You can expect varied work in the assembly of timber elements, interior finishing and on the timber facade.

The long-term temporary assignment is expected to last until at least spring 2027 and offers you secure employment during the winter months.

Carpenter*Carpenter EFZ / Wood Processor*in EBA for Large Timber Construction Site in Baar (m/f/d)

  • Assembly of prefabricated timber elements
  • Erecting timber structures
  • Performing general carpentry work
  • Assembly of wall, ceiling and roof elements
  • Work in timber construction and timber element construction
  • Interior finishing work
  • Assembly of timber facades and facade cladding
  • Performing connection and finishing work
  • Working according to construction and assembly plans
  • Independent execution of assigned tasks
  • Collaboration with the existing timber construction team
  • Compliance with safety and quality regulations



    • We expect:
  • Completed vocational training as a carpenter EFZ, carpenter EFZ, wood processor EBA or wood processor EBA
  • Motivated graduates from timber construction are also welcome
  • Experience in element construction, interior finishing or facade construction is an advantage
  • You can read plans and carry out the work professionally
  • Independent, reliable and clean working style
  • Good spoken German skills
  • Physical fitness and manual dexterity
  • Teamwork, motivation and sense of responsibility
  • Driving licence category B is an advantage
  • Residence ideally in the Baar, Zug, Lucerne, Schwyz region or surroundings as well as the Sursee region, as the client comes from this region
