• Supporting our managers in all personnel-related matters
• Accompanying the entire employee lifecycle from entry to exit
• Participating in the recruitment process from job posting to successful onboarding
• Creating selected HR documents
• Advising on and handling labour law issues
• Supporting personnel changes and organisational developments
• Participating in exciting HR projects and optimising HR processes
• Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as HR Shared Service Centre, Payroll, and departments
• Gradual assumption of own areas of responsibility

• Further training in human resources: ideally HR clerk with willingness to complete the HR specialist certificate or degree with a focus on Human Resources
• Initial HR experience is an advantage
• Interest in labour law issues and advising managers
• Enjoy working with people at different hierarchical levels
• Independent, eager to learn, and pragmatic working style
• High initiative and motivation to take on responsibility
• Confident command of German
