Your Tasks
- Implementation of demanding customer projects with the latest workplace solutions focusing on software packaging and distribution
- Consulting, design, implementation, testing, documentation of workplace solutions for SMEs and enterprise customers
- Participation in 3rd level support and cross-team support in projects
- Support as a specialist for our pre-sales and sales teams in creating offers, conducting workshops, and in marketing activities
- Development of standards, services, and further innovations within the framework of the competence center, product management, and service factory
- Conducting workshops at the customer
Your Profile
- Completed training as a system technician EFZ (or equivalent IT training)
- Several years of experience as a system engineer, preferably with an IT service provider
- Very good knowledge of Intune, PowerShell, and packaging with ADT
- Good knowledge of M365, Windows clients, and software distribution
- Interest in new technologies and willingness for continuous development through training and certifications
- Ambitious and team-oriented personality with high self-initiative as well as an independent and customer-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of working in the IT service provider environment and the associated customer contact as well as travel activities
