We are a motivated and well-coordinated team of diabetes consultants, nutritionists, and doctors. We are looking for a dedicated professional to support us in the diabetological care of outpatient and inpatient patients. We offer a pleasant and respectful working atmosphere.
This is where you get involved
- in independent and professional diabetes counseling for all types of diabetes in inpatient and outpatient settings
- in interdisciplinary collaboration with diabetologists / nutrition counseling / nursing / foot clinic / maternity ward / oncology
- in handling electronic data processing (KISIM, Diabass, etc.)
- in learning and applying all technical aids in diabetology
- in preparing and conducting further training, workshops, and courses for medical professionals
You
- have training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH with additional CAS Diabetes Counseling or Höfa 1 Diabetes Specialist Counseling
- preferably bring professional experience
- are used to working independently and responsibly
- possess openness, teamwork skills, initiative, and flexibility
