Football Coach - Lower Primary School Development
From September 2026 to end June 2027
For our After-School Activities Programme, we are seeking a dynamic and qualified Football Coach to join the ISL Football coaching team with students aged 6 to 10 years old.
The sessions will take place after school 15:45 – 16:45. Number of days and hours to be confirmed with the right candidate.
The Football Coach will be responsible for designing and delivering all training sessions with appropriate levels of rigour and physicality, in line with ISL values.
The coach will provide a fun, positive, and inclusive environment for primary-aged students, with a focus on participation, confidence-building, skill development, and enjoyment of the game.
Desired profile:
- A recognised in Football coaching is preferable
- Experienced in teaching primary aged (6 to 10 years old) students essential
- An understanding of holistic based coaching strategies is preferable
- Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate sessions which stimulate and motivate students
- Strong interpersonal skills and intercultural awareness
- Adaptability, flexibility and dynamism
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); any other language is an asset
