The focus of your role is on the active recruitment of specialists. You do not wait for applications but actively approach people.

You:

• identify and recruit specialists who fit us both professionally and personally,
• use LinkedIn, personal networks and other suitable channels for active sourcing,
• systematically build a sustainable network of potential candidates,
• develop an authentic and effective approach for our target groups,
• accompany candidates from the first contact to joining,
• support managers and employees with selected personnel matters,
• take on further operational HR tasks depending on experience and workload.

In doing so, you credibly convey what distinguishes Roth Décolletage: precision, technical know-how, short decision-making paths and passion for what we do.

Ideally, you know and understand CNC mechanics, micro-precision technology or a comparable manufacturing industry and already have a corresponding network.

More important to us than a classic HR career is your personality: you are communicative, down-to-earth, reliable and have a strong character as well as a healthy assertiveness. You represent your convictions clearly and confidently, remain persistent and solution-oriented even in demanding situations, and at the same time approach people openly, positively and enthusiastically. You have a keen sense of which talents fit our company both professionally and personally.

Active sourcing is not just sending messages for you. You build personal relationships, create trust and stay in contact with interesting specialists, even when there is no suitable position open.
