The Dean's Office of the Faculty of Philosophy and Human Sciences is looking for an assistant (20–40%) starting in October 2025 or by arrangement to support the research management (FOMA) of the faculty. The position is limited until August 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension.
Your Tasks
- Maintenance and updating of web content in the CMS; support for LinkedIn and newsletter (planning, preparation, publication)
- Production of our faculty podcast: topic research, conducting interviews, recording, editing, and publication
- Support for research-related project tasks (e.g., research, data preparation)
Your Profile
- Advanced bachelor's or master's degree at the Faculty of Philosophy and Human Sciences
- Strong interest in science communication and social media; very good German skills (C2), stylistically confident
- Proficient in using computers and technology; reliable, independent, team-oriented
