2 Commercial Apprenticeships – Start your career in the hotel, gastronomy and tourism industry

Fancy an apprenticeship that combines theory and practice in gastronomy? A team that supports you and inspires you every day? Then your start at tibits is just right!

As a Swiss family business, we are represented at several locations – including in Romandy. Around 550 employees make tibits what it is. In the back office, about 60 colleagues ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What to expect during your apprenticeship:

Broad training: You will go through all important areas of the back office and gain insights into departments such as Finance & Administration, Marketing, Food & Beverage, HR and many more.
Experience diversity: You will gain practical experience in the restaurant (service and kitchen) as well as in everyday office life.
External internship: Additionally, you will complete a two-month internship in a partner hotel.
Practical learning: You will attend vocational school and deepen your knowledge with inter-company courses.
First-name basis culture: Throughout the company, you will be addressed directly by your first name – from the CEO to your team colleagues.
