Internal Sales Customer Advisor 80 - 100% 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a committed internal sales customer advisor who independently manages the entire process from quotation to delivery and returns processing.

Your tasks include:

• Managing the customer base in Germany and France by phone and email

• Actively supporting the field sales team in their daily tasks

• Coordinating and communicating between customers, sales, purchasing, production and logistics departments

• Professional administration and continuous updating of customer data in the system

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial training or mechanical-technical basic training with additional commercial qualification (e.g. technical sales clerk, sales specialist)

• Several years of professional experience in internal sales or customer service

• Confident German language skills; knowledge of French and Italian is a plus

• Sound knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP

• High commitment, resilience and strong team orientation

• Strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for direct customer contact
