The company develops and produces high-quality components for demanding applications in the fields of medical technology, automotive, and industry, relying on modern production facilities and high-quality standards. To strengthen the existing production team, a committed specialist for the night shift operation is sought.
Production Worker Night Shift (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Operation and monitoring of automated winding systems
- Ensuring a smooth production process during the night shift
- Loading the systems with raw materials according to production specifications
- Traceability and documentation of materials used
- Recording and documentation of statistical measurement values
- Control and evaluation of scrap and quality indicators
- Carrying out daily maintenance and cleaning tasks on the machines
- Compliance with applicable safety, quality, and production guidelines
- Support in the optimisation of production processes
- Participation in general tasks within production
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in a technical, industrial, or craft field is an advantage
- Professional experience in a comparable production role
- Technical understanding and experience with automated production systems
- Manual dexterity and precise working method
- High quality awareness and responsible working style
- Independent, reliable, and resilient personality
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts
- Good physical condition for work in a production environment
- Team spirit and flexibility
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
