Role:
In this versatile role, you manufacture demanding precision parts on modern CNC machining centres and take full responsibility for the manufacturing processes. You set up complex machines, create and optimise CNC programmes, and ensure consistently high manufacturing quality. With your technical know-how and careful working method, you actively contribute to increasing efficiency and further developing production.
Responsibilities:
Independent manufacturing of individual parts and series components according to technical specifications on conventional machines in the areas of turning, drilling, and milling
Setting up, equipping, and operating modern 4-axis CNC milling centres
Programming, setting up, and optimising CNC turning centres for various manufacturing orders
Creating, adjusting, and improving CNC programmes with Fanuc and Mastercam
Operating a modern machine park including complex 10-axis lathes with swivel turret
Ensuring timely and quality-compliant execution of production orders
Performing measurements and quality controls with suitable testing and measuring equipment
Contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, workflows, and productivity
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as a production mechanic EFZ, polymechanic EFZ, or comparable technical education
Experience in CNC machining with a focus on turning and/or milling
Knowledge in setting up, programming, and optimising CNC-controlled machines
Confident handling of measuring instruments as well as understanding of technical drawings and quality requirements
Independent, precise, and reliable working style with a strong quality awareness
Team-oriented personality with solution-focused thinking and high personal responsibility
Willingness to familiarise yourself with modern manufacturing technologies and new machine concepts
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
