This is what you can look forward to
- You lead a team of three dedicated employees in the area of financial accounting in a professional, personnel, and organizational manner
- You ensure proper accounting according to legal regulations (Obligations Law), Swiss GAAP FER, and the legal framework of the healthcare sector (KVG, VKL, etc.)
- You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- You ensure the liquidity for financing operational activities and investments (liquidity planning)
- You are responsible for the modules accounting, accounts payable, other receivables, and asset accounting in the administrative system OPAL
- You ensure the accounts payable process, compliance with and implementation of the guidelines for cash management, dunning, and the collection of all receivables
- You actively participate in the day-to-day business of financial accounting
