Specialist CAM Manufacturing Process Improvement 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You ensure reliable and efficient creation of CNC programmes with Mastercam while guaranteeing the highest quality standards in implementation

• You actively shape the CAM manufacturing competence and drive the implementation of the future CAM strategy

• You develop and implement CAM standards, programming methods, as well as digital structures for tool and process data

• You identify potentials for optimisation, digitalisation and automation in manufacturing and proactively advance their realisation

• You specifically develop CAM competences within the company, conduct training for employees and make an important contribution to securing and expanding manufacturing knowledge

• You are responsible for master data maintenance in CAM/MES-Fastems and ensure that CNC programmes, tools, clamping devices and other manufacturing data are always up to date and correctly stored

• You actively participate in project groups on topics such as MES, digitalisation and investments

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a technical basic education in machining, ideally as a polymechanic, supplemented by a higher professional education (HF, Bachelor FH) - preferably in the fields of process specialist, production technology or mechanical engineering

• You possess solid know-how in CNC machining, are proficient in handling CAM software (ideally Mastercam) and have already gained practical experience with Fanuc CNC controls

• You are familiar with manufacturing execution systems and ERP systems and have already participated in digitalisation and automation projects

• You are characterised by strong coordination and communication skills, show commitment and resilience, and work independently as well as methodically

• You have a very good command of German and English skills at B2 level
