A varied role in the finance sector with responsibility
and scope for design awaits you!
You are part of our finance team (4 people, 2.4 full-time positions in total) and, in job-sharing, take on responsibility for central tasks in accounting as a clerk in financial accounting together with a colleague. Together with your team colleagues, you ensure reliable processes. Your area of responsibility ranges from financial and accounts payable accounting to accounts receivable and VAT, as well as participation in quarterly and annual financial statements. You work independently, in a structured manner and with a good eye for detail.
You are responsible for financial accounting including the general ledger and cash and take on tasks in accounts payable accounting including payment transactions. Accounts receivable accounting including dunning as well as the preparation of VAT returns also belong to your area of activity.
In addition, you assist in asset accounting, perform general account reconciliations and take on administrative tasks. You actively contribute to quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER. You are also responsible for the internal control system.
You have a commercial basic education with several years of professional experience in financial accounting and/or further training as a clerk in accounting. Good knowledge of Office365 applications is also part of your profile. Knowledge of the healthcare sector is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
You work precisely, independently and reliably and enjoy dealing with new issues. Initiative is natural to you and you like to get involved. At the same time, you enjoy working in a team and appreciate collaboration in a personal environment.
