To strengthen our team in the Aargau area, we are looking for a: Backoffice Construction Foreman Earthworks and Demolition (m/f)
Your tasks
• Personnel scheduling
• Work preparation, creation of construction programmes, procurement
• Measurement, billing, supplementary offers, site controlling
• Monitoring and adherence to deadlines, quality and costs
• Collaboration with site management, authorities, subcontractors, suppliers and internal service providers (construction logistics and building materials) Photo documentation for measurement basis
Your profile
• Training as a construction foreman, civil engineer or site manager with professional experience
• Customer-oriented, entrepreneurial leadership personality
• Resilient, highly independent, competent doer
