In an exciting market environment, you supply your customers from the machinery industry with innovative and powerful drive solutions.
Role:
As a Polymechanic Mechanical Manufacturing you will machine demanding drive components on modern CNC and conventional machining centres. You independently manufacture individual parts and small series, develop practical manufacturing aids and ensure reliable and efficient production with your expertise.
Responsibilities:
Turning and milling of drive components on CNC and manual machining centres
Independent manufacturing of individual parts and small series according to drawings and work plans
Production of aids, fixtures and gauges for parts manufacturing
Setting up and operating machines for various manufacturing orders
Maintenance and care of machines and equipment
Procurement and management of tools and manufacturing materials
Participation in the optimisation of manufacturing processes
Qualifications:
Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical qualification
Several years of experience in mechanical manufacturing
Good knowledge of CNC and conventional turning and milling
Precise, independent and structured working method
High quality awareness and strong personal responsibility
Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of diverse technical tasks
Flexible personality with willingness to take responsibility
