Job Description
- Responsibility for effective, patient- and outcome-oriented care in collaboration with qualified nursing staff
- Within the scope of professional competencies, providing needs- and situation-appropriate care and support for patients and their relatives
- Recognising changes in patient situations, initiating appropriate measures and informing the qualified nursing staff
- Supporting smooth shift operations and cross-departmental collaboration
- Working in tandem with the qualified nursing professional
- Active participation in teamwork
Qualifications
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Training in the acute care sector or at least 2 years of professional experience in acute care
- Flexible, proactive and motivated personality
- High social competence and enjoyment of teamwork
- Quick comprehension
- Very good oral and written German skills
