Welcome to the fascinating world of taxes! The cantonal tax office, together with the municipal tax offices, collects taxes for the federal government, the canton, and the municipalities. We support private individuals and companies throughout the entire tax collection process. Around 800 qualified employees are committed to this at the location in Zurich Altstetten.

Your tasks
- You support the team leader in the operational and technical management of the team and represent him in all matters during absences.
- You accompany new team members during their onboarding and ensure a smooth process in daily business with your commitment.
- You apply your solid knowledge in the area of securities and withholding tax in assessment practice and actively contribute to its further development.
- You contribute your own ideas, help shape processes, and work closely with your team and the department management.
- In challenging situations, you act professionally, factually, and clearly – both in content and in dealing with people.
Your profile
- You have in-depth expertise in the area of securities and withholding tax and have already applied this in practice.
- You bring initial leadership experience or want to specifically develop in this area.
- You communicate clearly, are resilient, and approach complex situations in a solution-oriented manner.
- You enjoy working in a team, think networked, and act responsibly.
- You enjoy helping to shape changes and actively influence the future of securities auditing.
