Responsibilities:
You take on the professional and organisational responsibility for the practical training of FaGe and AGS trainees as well as HF students.
You contribute to the development of the HF course and take on the professional leadership and coaching of the trainers.
You impart practical and theoretical fundamentals and promote the professional development of the trainees and students.
You are responsible for quality promotion and assurance in the field of nursing training.
With a workload of 80-100%, you also work 30-50% in direct care and support, especially to accompany the students and trainees.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or an equivalent qualification.
You have several years of experience in training trainees and students.
Ideally, you hold the federal specialist certificate as a trainer (SVEB 2) or are willing to obtain it.
You are characterised by high social competence as well as pedagogical and organisational flair.
Experience in long-term care as well as resilience, independence and a considerate approach to elderly people complete your profile.
