Your tasks

• Ensuring smooth operation of our production and operational facilities in the slaughterhouse
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimise downtime and outages
• Maintenance, repair and continuous optimisation of the machinery and plant equipment
• Maintenance and implementation of the maintenance programme including accurate documentation on machines and equipment
• Active participation in projects for the procurement of new equipment and machinery as well as installations, conversions and other technical projects
• Management of spare parts including demand planning and reordering
• Coordination and collaboration with external specialists and service providers

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training in mechanics, automation, electrical engineering or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in maintenance is an advantage
• Independent and solution-oriented working style with strong teamwork skills
• Resilience and the ability to keep a cool head even in demanding situations
• No sensitivity to blood and strong odours
• Willingness for irregular work assignments (two-shift operation and on-call duties)
• Confident knowledge of MS Office programmes
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
