For our client, an established construction company in the Baden and Zürich area, we are looking for an experienced team leader for finishing works to start immediately or by arrangement. In this role, you will take responsibility on the construction site, lead a small team, and actively participate in finishing and surfacing works.

Job Description

• Independent execution of finishing works in new construction
• Leading a team of 4-8 employees
• Organisation and coordination of daily construction site activities
• Surveying and staking out on the construction site
• Ensuring quality, occupational safety, and timely completion
• Close collaboration with site managers and foremen

We Expect

• Professional experience as a finisher in new build and renovation
• Experience in leading employees
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Proficient in surveying work
• Conscientious, reliable, and independent working style
• Driving licence category B is mandatory
• Experience in reporting on iPad or tablet
• Crane operator licence and M1 advantageous
• Team-oriented and resilient personality
