Team Leader Nutritional Counselling

Together with your team, you will care for and advise both inpatient and outpatient clients in a diverse and exciting professional environment.

What to expect

• Personnel and professional leadership of a team of 9 to 12 employees
• Active participation in day-to-day operations
• Promotion of a respectful team culture and the professional development of employees
• Management and further development of interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
• Co-design and implementation of quality and process developments in the field of nutritional counselling

What you bring

• Degree as BSc or MSc in Nutrition and Dietetics
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in an acute hospital
• Completed leadership training or willingness to undertake it
• Enjoyment in leading and developing employees
• Strong quality and responsibility awareness as well as organisational skills
• Resilience, strong communication skills and a team-oriented working style
