About the job
What you can achieve
- You take on the personnel and professional leadership of around 30 employees in the filling department for various ice cream specialties.
- You are responsible for coordinating 7 filling machines in production.
- You take responsibility for the development of your employees through development and target discussions.
- You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and further develop the defined standards.
- You act as a hub in communication between production, engineering and production planning.
What you bring with you
- You have completed vocational training in the food sector (chef/cook, baker, etc.).
- You have several years of leadership experience with medium-sized teams in the food sector.
- You are proficient in using SAP, common M365 tools and MES.
- You are willing to take on on-call duty (every 3rd Saturday, rare assignments).
- You have business fluent German skills in spoken and written form.
