Job Description

• Versatile technical expertise: You are responsible for independently carrying out maintenance and repair work on building services systems as well as the entire building infrastructure to ensure their smooth operation.
• Effective fault analysis: You quickly and reliably identify and resolve faults in technical infrastructure systems, relying on sustainable solutions to avoid recurring errors.
• Coordination and optimisation: You manage collaboration with external service providers, coordinate maintenance measures, and ensure they are implemented efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Promotion of sustainability: You actively contribute to the implementation of the sustainability strategy, especially in the areas of energy efficiency and environmentally conscious resource use.
• Project management with foresight: You lead and are responsible for medium- and long-term maintenance and renovation projects in the building and infrastructure sector, ensuring they are always completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Flexibility and readiness: You participate in on-call duties to ensure smooth operation outside regular working hours and to respond quickly in emergencies.
