What is my role?

As Team Lead Hardware & Firmware, you take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of a motivated development team. You coordinate exciting projects from conception to series production and ensure that hardware and firmware work perfectly together. In doing so, you keep an eye on technical requirements, schedules, and budgets. You are the interface between your team and other departments and drive innovative solutions forward. Additionally, you promote the further development of your team members and ensure a productive working atmosphere.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in hardware and firmware development

• Initial leadership experience or the motivation to take the next career step

• Sound knowledge in embedded systems, microcontroller programming, and circuit design

• Experience with common development tools and programming languages (e.g. C/C++)

• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a structured way of working

• Very good German skills and good English skills
