Job Description

• Planning, creation and maintenance of gardens, parks and green spaces
• Carrying out soil preparation, planting and sowing
• Professional tree care and shrub pruning
• Lawn care, including mowing, watering and fertilising
• Weed control and pest management
• Designing garden areas considering aesthetic and functional aspects
• Advising customers on plant selection and care

We expect

• Completed training as a gardener in horticulture or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge in botany, soil science and garden maintenance
• Experience in designing and maintaining gardens and green spaces
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and resilience for outdoor work
• Reliability, flexibility and commitment
• Driving licence class B (desirable)
