Mandate Manager Fiduciary (m/f/d)
Role:
As an employee at our ROCKEN partner, you independently manage fiduciary mandates and combine classical accounting with the world of digital assets. You are responsible for bookkeeping, financial statements, and tax tasks, and advise your clients on business management issues. With the support of internal specialists, you develop sound knowledge in the crypto field and actively shape digitalisation and further company expansion.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage your own client portfolio and act as the direct contact person for companies from the traditional SME sector as well as the crypto industry.
You conduct financial and payroll accounting, prepare interim and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), and gradually take on the processing of complex crypto transactions.
Preparing tax returns for legal entities and resolving complex VAT issues are part of your responsibilities.
You advise your clients on tax and business management questions and lead corresponding consulting projects.
Using modern interfaces, specialised accounting tools, and artificial intelligence, you further develop digital processes and drive automation forward.
Through client acquisition, company representation, and participation in specialist articles and industry events, you support the expansion of the company.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience in Swiss fiduciary services and sound knowledge in financial statements, VAT, and Swiss taxes. Additionally, you hold a professional certificate in fiduciary services or finance and accounting, are in relevant training, or possess an equivalent practical qualification.
You are interested in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and artificial intelligence and wish to expand your expertise in these areas. Prior knowledge is advantageous but not required.
Your working style is independent, proactive, and entrepreneurial; you combine assertiveness with a high standard of quality.
With confident German, good English skills, and clear, appreciative communication, you also serve demanding and internationally oriented clients.
