Tasks
- Receiving and processing telephone and written customer enquiries in German and French (English and Italian advantageous)
- Comprehensive telephone and written customer support from A to Z in the coop.ch area
- Receiving written and telephone customer orders
- Telephone support for drivers (m/f/d)
- General administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed commercial or equivalent training
- Very good oral and written German and French skills at least at B1 level (English and Italian advantageous)
- Experienced in using digital tools, good user knowledge of MS Office, affinity for digital products and systems (webshop and apps)
- Precise and very customer-oriented working style
- High willingness for evening and Saturday shifts, strong team spirit
- Own car for commuting during late shifts advantageous
