RegioSpitex Limmattal is a modern, future-oriented non-profit organisation with around 135 employees, which ensures outpatient nursing and care for the residents of Dietikon, Schlieren and Urdorf.
As a complement to our existing specialist responsible for caring relatives, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for another
Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/ FH with Additional Role as Specialist Responsible for Caring Relatives
Your versatile tasks as a nursing specialist are:
- You work in direct care and take on the advice and guidance of clients, relatives and employees in complex care situations
- You carry out needs assessments using the InterRAI instrument
(Costs for the InterRAI training are covered by RegioSpitex Limmattal) - As case manager, you are responsible for planning and implementing the care process for your clients
- You play an active role in collaboration with the supervising interdisciplinary network and coordinate the corresponding services for your clients
Your additional tasks together with a colleague as specialist responsibility for caring relatives are:
- You lead, advise, accompany and support caring relatives in professional and social situations, conduct regular status discussions, ensure the flow of information and organise needs-based training.
- You shape the entire personnel process in collaboration with HR – from recruitment through induction to offboarding.
- You ensure that caring relatives complete the required SRK course within the specified deadline and support them in applying what they have learned in practice.
- You take over case management of clients of caring relatives including administrative steps, coordinate deployment planning and ensure quality on site.
You bring with you:
- You have a degree as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF / FH as well as relevant professional experience in this field
- You have very good oral and written German skills (level C1)
- You bring experience in professional support and leadership of employees as well as strong organisational and coordination skills
- You are an open-minded and flexible personality who enjoys engaging with people
- You have good communication skills and are confident in using mobile nursing documentation (smartphone)
- You think in a networked way, work independently and responsibly
