What is my role?

• Support and advice for customers on various concerns

• Handling customer complaints and independently finding solutions

• Adjustment and processing of orders

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction

• Processing incoming webshop orders

• Recording and handling customer orders

• Maintenance and updating of customer data

• Taking on various administrative tasks

• Telephone customer contact, especially in French

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

• Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written

• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and customer support

• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style

• High sense of responsibility and initiative

• Experience in complaint management or customer service is an advantage

• Technical understanding is an advantage

• Knowledge of Italian is a plus
