Your tasks:
- Technical and personnel management of a small AVOR team
- Planning, coordination and control of ongoing production orders
- Support of various production areas as well as the training workshop
- Ensuring economical and timely production planning
- Preparation of precise quotations and preliminary calculations for demanding contract manufacturing projects
- Conducting post-calculations and deriving appropriate optimisation measures
- Continuous improvement of profitability and earnings situation
- Accompanying and coordinating customer projects in contract manufacturing
- Further development of modern manufacturing technologies and production processes
- Promotion of automation, multi-station operation and unmanned production
- Initiation and management of continuous improvement projects
- Close cooperation with internal departments, customers and other project partners
- Completed training in the field of food, marketing, communication or a comparable discipline
- Further education at HF or FH level is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in product management or digital marketing
- Ideally experience in the food industry as well as in the FMCG or B2B2C environment
- Experience in product and lifecycle management
- Affinity for social media, e-commerce and digital tools
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Knowledge of ERP, CMS or shop systems is an advantage
- Creative, structured and independent working style
- Communicative personality with a strong sense of trends and consumer needs
