Your tasks:

• Planning and work preparation (AVOR): You are responsible for planning and organizing construction projects in timber construction.
• Team leadership: You lead a team of skilled workers and assistants and ensure efficient collaboration.
• Reporting: You document the progress of construction projects and regularly communicate with project management.
• Task coordination: You coordinate and supervise the daily work on the construction site to ensure a smooth process.

Your profile:

• Completed apprenticeship as a Carpenter EFZ (m/f): You have completed training as a carpenter with an EFZ diploma.
• Experience as a foreman: Ideally, you have already gained experience in a comparable position.
• Leadership skills: You can motivate and efficiently lead a team.
• Organizational skills: You are organized, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Driver's license category B: You hold a valid category B driver's license to work flexibly at different locations.
