Industrial Electrician / Industrial Mechanic as Head of Maintenance 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for an experienced industrial electrician or industrial mechanic as Head of Maintenance. You will lead a small, dedicated maintenance team of 3-5 employees and actively get involved yourself. In the initial phase, you will work hands-on in all areas and gradually take on more responsibility. You will independently plan maintenance work, participate in new acquisitions, and actively contribute to various projects. You will keep an overview of all maintenance measures and ensure that the systems run optimally.

What do I need to be successful?

You bring very good experience as an industrial mechanic, ideally even as an industrial electrician. You are keen not only to plan and organise but also to get involved yourself and work in a team. Initial leadership experience is an advantage, but motivated career changers into leadership roles are also welcome. You like to work independently, are reliable, and have a good technical understanding. Team spirit and strong communication skills complete your profile.
