Your Tasks

Setting up and operating machining machines for aluminum profile processing
Planning and performing maintenance and repairs according to specifications (internal/external)
Participating in the daily shop floor as well as exchanging information with production management, team leadership, and PPS
Coordinating building maintenance in cooperation with the headquarters in Hedingen
Ensuring the most disturbance-free availability of the machining machines
Analyzing causes of system failures and initiating optimizations
Properly executing the specified process steps
Maintaining maintenance documentation

Your Profile

Completed mechanical vocational training (e.g., metalworker, production mechanic, polymechanic)
Experience in operating CNC-controlled machining machines
Experience in plant and machine maintenance
Knowledge in electronics
Good PC skills
Good communication skills
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Own car required for shift work
(early shift 05:00 h – 13:45 h, late shift 13:30 h – 22:15 h, occasionally also Saturday work)
