Electrician with Leadership Experience

• Independently controlling and monitoring the sawing line as well as the production systems
• Coordinating and leading the team including planning staff deployments
• Monitoring system performance, product quality, and adherence to delivery deadlines
• Active participation in troubleshooting (electrical and mechanical), process optimisation, as well as revisions and maintenance
• Supporting and representing the production manager in the operational area

• Electrical or mechanical training with experience in maintenance
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and motivated to pursue continuous professional development
• Leadership experience is an advantage
