Tax Specialist Healthcare (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a Swiss traditional company in the healthcare sector with international ties to a global corporate group and a location in Zurich, we are looking for a committed specialist in the field of taxation. You will be the central contact person for all VAT-related enquiries within the corporate group and prepare tax returns as well as various ESTV forms. In this role, you will work closely with external tax advisors and tax authorities and contribute to the restructuring of internal processes related to taxation.
Responsibilities:
You are the central contact person for all VAT-related enquiries within the corporate group (excluding VAT declaration)
You prepare tax returns for group companies as well as various ESTV forms
You review provisional and definitive tax invoices and assessments
You check tax provisions as part of the annual and semi-annual financial statements
You are the first point of contact for general direct tax issues within the group as well as with external tax advisors and tax authorities
You review and process various tax matters (direct and indirect taxes) and contribute to the restructuring of internal processes related to taxation
You prepare tax memoranda, tax rulings and tax reports
You provide administrative support in preparing external financial reporting according to IFRS
Qualifications:
You have a completed degree in economics, law or a professional certificate in finance & accounting; a certificate from ExpertSuisse "SME Tax Consulting" or "VAT" or ongoing training as a tax expert is an advantage
You have initial professional experience in the field of taxation
You demonstrate strong analytical skills and a pronounced flair for numbers
You work in a structured, precise and timely manner with a high degree of independence
You have SAP-FI system knowledge as well as good Excel skills; knowledge of Dr.-Tax is desirable
You have very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
You demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
