Tasks
- Social counselling and support for adults of working and retirement age as well as their social environment
- Documentation of counselling processes and taking on administrative tasks
- Interinstitutional networking (e.g. with authorities, offices, residential facilities and guardians)
- Coordination of support services, triage as well as counselling and support of relatives
- Interprofessional collaboration within treatment teams
- Participation in team meetings, interdisciplinary reports as well as supervisions and intervisions
Profile
- Studies at a university of applied sciences for social work
- First internship completed
- Interest in working with adults in difficult life situations in a psychiatric context
- A responsible and independent way of working
- Competence in interprofessional collaboration
- Good communication and social skills
- High personal responsibility and ability to quickly familiarise oneself with a work area as well as an independent working style
